Quite rare, the ‘Obvia’ is often known as a ‘geo-humanist’ font and has been designed specially using in media. The font was inspired by other similar geometric typefaces, but there were other plans to add some width-based axes to it. This step would have increased the usability of the font more.
Although inspired by geometric fonts, the ‘Obvia’ is different. The alphabets aren’t completely circular but oval, with slightly elongated edges that end abruptly. It is a compact font with a few additional details – i.e., subtle ink traps and concave endings – giving this font an extra vibe.
