The Monthelo Font came into existence as Blankids Studio released it through handwriting from their studio which combined modern with vintage elements within its natural writing style. The font combines recent design concepts and traditional elements while blankids Studio makes writing styles the central aspect of its design approach.

The designer drew inspiration from vintage bar signs especially hotel and barbershop signage to create Montelo font which suits both classic and modern design applications.
