USE THE NUMBER PAD, NOT THE NUMBERS ABOVE THE KEYBOARD… i just held down ALT and pressed the 4 digits on the number pad and it worked

In adobe go to Menu – TYPE, GLYPHS, and scroll down you will see all characters . Double click while active in text field to add in the flipped one
