Bimbo, designed by Francesco Canovaro for Zetafonts at the end of 2018 as an expansion and redesign of Arsenale White typeface developed jointly with Italian artist Jonathan Calugi, is an uniline script font family that was developed at this year’s end by Francesco Canovaro for Zetafonts.
Bimbo is a modern update to its predecessor by adding six weights, over 300 characters covering over 70 languages using Greek, Latin and Cyrillic alphabets and still retaining its handcrafted aesthetic – which made the original font so successful.
Bimbo is an open-type font designed to be exclusively lettering and logos with some subtle handwriting hints, featuring a built-in letter swapping opentype feature to ensure double letters will always look different from each other.
