Geliat holds the family traits of Creo while introducing a more geometric shape as the newest member of the fonts. Users have access to two versions of this font family with distinctive default glyph sets. The Geliat family shares a comparable letterform with Creo yet the Alt version exhibits a standard geometric letterform.
The designer created Italic styles for Geliat by applying the semi-rotalic method. The round parts carry a 5-degree slant with vertical strokes set at 10 degrees. The two important effects of this design method create roundness in types which is rarer for 10-degree italic typefaces.
