Solanel is neo-grotesque with perfect curves of a geisha. This is a low contrasted and a smooth sans serif with undertones and slight forms. Of course this is not a slanted rendition of a roman font but a joyful mix of a slanted and a rotated font which gives the overall appearance of a “rotalic” style. It is for this reason that to this family of filters they contribute flexibility through the wide range of style that goes from UltraThin to Black.
This family includes many features, which belong to Open Type, such as Alternates, Small Caps, Proportional Figure, Tabular Figures, Numerators, Superscript, Denominators, Scientific Inferiors, Subscript, Ordinals and Fractions in that typeface which is applied in different projects.
